Vera Zvonareva of Russia played the match of her career, claiming her 1st Grand Slam Championship by upsetting defending champion and World No. 1, Serena Williams of the USA at Wimbledon 2010 Saturday.
It was Vera’s first appearance in a Grand Slam final.
