My favorite tennis cutie pie, Serbian Ana Ivanovic, is having a bad time on the tennis circuit lately. She was seeded 4th in the WTA Tour Ladies Kremlin Cup played in Moscow, Russia, Oct. 6-12. After a Bye into the 2nd round, she lost her 1st match to unseeded Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia.
Granted Cibulkova is ranked # 20 in the world, but Ivanovic still should not be losing her 1st matches. She’s better than that. This was the 4th time this year that Ivanovic lost her 1st match. It was a close 3-set match, however, 6-2, 2-6, 6-7, with Ivanovic losing the 3rd set tie-break 4-7.
I’d pick a different favorite cutie pie, since she is losing so much, but Ivanovic is not my favorite because of her tennis. I like the way she looks! That’s why she’s my favorite. So I’ll stick with her as my favorite and hope her tennis picks up.
