Apparently, Djokovic wasn’t feeling so good and wasn’t sure he wanted to play Belgrade, but given that it’s his home tournament, he felt obligated.  The least likely Serbian to win today was therefore, Filip Krajikovic, 18 years old, reaching the semifinals.

Good news for Americans.  John Isner beat Richard Gasquet in 3 sets earlier.  His doubles partner also came though over Igor Andreev in three sets.  Stan Wawrinka had to work hard to beat the other Serb in the tournament, Victor Troicki, in 3 sets.

Krajinovic plays Querrey in one semi (Querrey is the likely winner there) and Isner plays Wawrinka in the other semi.  Wawrinka has a 1-0 head to head.  They last played in 2009 on hard courts.  Wawrinka has been playing pretty solid tennis on clay.  He should be favored over Isner, but Isner’s serve tends to keep things even.

In Munich, Ciilc topped Almagro in 3 sets.  Cilic plays Baghdatis in one semi.  Petzchner plays Youzhny in the other.

In Estoril, Frederico Gil beat Rui Machado in three sets.  Gil plays Garcia-Lopez in one semi while Federer plays Montanes in the other.
