Andy Murray must be thinking–finally.  Murray had played two three setters in a row and claimed maybe he was too relaxed coming out of the gates leading to rusty play in opening sets against Kukushkin and Muller.  Against Marcos Baghdatis, who Murray had a losing record against, Murray steamrolled to a 62 62 win getting 4 breaks and not being broken.  Baghdatis is one of the few players that has a worst first serving percentage than Murray.  He often serves around 50%.  Murray had a respectable 60% in this match.

Bernard Tomic, who had been chastized by Rod Laver for not working hard enough, is having himself a pretty good tournament.  He just beat Denis Istomin 63 76 and is in the semifinals where he’ll play Andy Murray.  This will be their first encounter.
