Hot cutie pie, Ana Ivanovic stayed hot on the tennis court defeating 3rd seed Jelena Jankovic in the semifinals of the 2008 French Open.
Ana fought hard in a tough 3-set match to win 6-4, 3-6, 6-4. This was the first time during this tournament that she has even dropped a set. She should be tough and ready for her final against 13th seed Dinara Safina of Russia.
Safina knocked off # 1 seed, cutie pie Maria Sharapova in the 4th round, 13th seed cutie pie Elena Dementieva in the Quarterfinals, and 4th seed Svetlana Kuznetsova.
While Safina is play exceptionally well, I’m still placing my bets on Ana to win the final. It would be her first Grand Slam title. I think she’s up to it. Go Ana!
