Danish cutie pie, 3rd seed Caroline Wozniacki, easily won her 2nd round match at the 2008 WTA Banka Koper Slovenia Open being held in Portoroz, Slovenia July 21-27. It was a straight sets win, 6-1, 6-1 over 193rd ranked Karolina Sprem of Croatia.
Caroline’s next opponent is 65th ranked Russian, Vera Dushevina. Vera has not fared well in the Grand Slam’s this year, losing in the 1st round at Roland Garros, and the 2nd round at Wimbledon. Caroline should be able to roll into the Semifinals with a win in this next round.
